Hey everybody!
i would like to first introduce mysellf!
my names kaila, i am a really big running, with Prs of:

2mi-11:39
1mi-5:29
5mi-32:19(time trial)

i am trying to eat healthy, but still get between 3000-3500 calories a day, and i will be posting
pictures of my meals / snacks(:

mostly they are usually very pretty and i love to see other peoples food/training!

i love in wisconson, the lannd of cheese, so you will be seeing most of my meals contain cheese!
